Description

This Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Sandwich Recipe is the easiest 1-pot dinner you’ll ever make. Creamy, flavorful pulled chicken slow-cooked to perfection and served on a toasted bun with toppings of your choice. Great for family dinners, game day, or meal prep!


Ingredients

  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning

  • 8 oz (1 block) cream cheese

  • ½ cup chicken broth or water

  • Optional: 2 tbsp butter

  • Optional: 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6 brioche or sandwich buns

  • Toppings: pickles, crispy onions, coleslaw, jalapeños


Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.

  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.

  • Add cream cheese on top in spoonfuls.

  • Pour chicken broth around the sides. Add butter and cheddar cheese if desired.

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3.5–4 hours.

  • Shred chicken in the pot using forks or a hand mixer. Mix until creamy.

 

  • Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • To make it spicier, add buffalo sauce or jalapeños.

  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
