  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)

  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 eggs (beaten)

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)

  • 2 green onions (chopped)

  • 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

  • 1/2 cup frozen peas & carrots (optional)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Garlic Butter: Melt 2 tbsp butter in a skillet, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Set aside.

  • Sear the Steak: Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan, cook steak slices for 2 minutes per side, then set aside.

  • Scramble the Eggs: In the same pan, push steak bits aside, add eggs, and scramble quickly.

  • Fry the Rice: Add remaining butter, stir in day-old rice, and let it crisp for 3 minutes.

 

  • Combine & Serve: Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and garlic butter. Stir in steak, green onions, and optional veggies. Serve hot!
